I want to start an online search engine submission business. I want to charge a free and paid service to customers to submit their site to search engines manually. So my question is should I start this or wait. And if I should wait how long?

I started an online business based on my passion and am glad it is still running. Started it since 2006. I would say yes to your question.
I would suggest that you do a keyword search and see what the demands are for your niche.

This is by far the easiest and best opportunity out there. Dont let people like the Maverik Money Guy hype up opportunities that dont work for the common person. Check out this website, it really changed my life.

It is always a great time to start a business. It sounds like you have a service that is very timely and what people are looking for these days.
I would recommend starting it up, and creating a great website, optimized with what you want people tp find you for in the search engines. you need to look like you are good at SEO if you want to sell SEO services.
From my perspective, as long as you have a killer product or service, starting a business is great at any time – despite the current economic conditions.
